Upstairs lounge rental:
Looking for a space for a party or event? Our lounge is the perfect place to host any party, special occasion, or work event! If you are interested in booking the lounge, please contact the office. (336) 449-7121 or clubmanager@oldeforest.com
- Can only be reserved by a member
- $30 an hour
- The charge for the party will be billed to your account and sent to you the month following your rental.
- We only charge for the time of your event. Renters are given one hour before and one hour after the event free of charge for set up and clean up.
- There is seating for about 65 people.
- 6 round 6-foot tables, 4 rectangle 8-foot tables, and 10 rectangle 6-foot tables.
- Our kitchenette includes a fridge and microwave
- We do not provide tablecloths or decorations.
Pool party rental:
Our poolside covered area is the perfect place for any pool party! If you are interested in booking a pool party, please contact the office. (336) 449-7121 or clubmanager@oldeforest.com
- Can only be reserved by a member
- 2-hour time slots
- $60 for up to 25 guests
- $120 for 26-50 guests
- We consider guests to be anyone who walks through the gate (parents, siblings, grandparents, etc.) whether they swim or not.
- Members are not included in your headcount, but if your headcount is significantly higher due to members attending, please let us know so we can have the proper amount of staff to best serve your party.
- You can bring any refreshments, just no glass bottles or containers, please.
- After the 2-hour party time, guests who are staying longer must re-enter and be registered as a guest. There is a $6 fee and it will count towards their 2x per month visit.
Please Note: Due to high traffic at the pool on the weekends, we will no longer allow pool parties to be booked during the afternoon on Saturdays and Sundays. This is to ensure that there is plenty of room for members at our busiest times!
