Adult Tennis Programs
United States Tennis Association (USTA):

Ladies’ Turbo Tennis
8:30 – 9:30 am
Move and hit, move and hit! Get that heart rate going while moving and hitting balls on the tennis court. This is a fast paced, cardio tennis workout in a group setting with Coach Jag and Tony feeding, focussing on footwork and hitting tennis balls.

Men’s Workout
7:30 – 9:00 am
Move and hit, move and hit! You will hit a bunch of tennis balls! Get that heart rate going while moving and hitting balls on the court. This is a fast paced, cardio tennis workout in a group setting with Coach Jag feeding, focussing on footwork and hitting tennis balls.

Adult Beginner Clinic
9:00 – 10:00 am
Are you new to tennis or returning after a long hiatus? Maybe you played in school and have not hit a ball since. This is the clinic for you!
We will focus on basic stroke production and finding your comfort level on the court.
No judgment here! Let’s just get you going!
