Hannah Higgins

Club Manager

Hannah Higgins is a lifelong Burlington resident, OFRC Member and is a graduate of Williams High School, Go Dawgs! Hannah and her family joined OFRC in 2006 where she became an active member of all OFRC aspects.

Hannah grew up playing tennis under Jag Gowda, Racquet Sports Director, and played through the Alamance Junior Tennis Foundation. After playing tennis at Turrentine Middle School, and Williams High School, she continued her career collegiately. After four years of tennis at Methodist University and one year at Meredith College, Hannah finds herself back to her roots at OFRC!

Hannah holds a degree in Resort Management and Professional Tennis Management from Methodist University. Most recently, Hannah worked at The North Hills Club in Raleigh. She also has worked at Burning Tree Country Club in Greenwich, CT.

Caroline Day

Office Staff

Caroline Day is a lifelong resident of the Burlington area attending Williams High School. She and her family joined Olde Forest Racquet Club in 2006. 

Caroline is a spring 2023 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a Bachelors in Human Development and Family Science. Caroline will be going back to UNC Chapel Hill in the Fall to obtain her Master of Arts in Teaching. 

Caroline has worked at OFRC for 7 summers, starting as a pool gate attendant, and now is part of the office staff. 

Samuel Durham

Tennis Assistant & Pro Shop Staff

Samuel Durham began playing tennis in the 6th grade when he became a part of the Alamance Junior Tennis Foundation sponsored middle school tennis team at Western Middle. Through this program, he learned the game of tennis and moved from playing exhibition matches to winning the spring season’s AJTF middle school doubles championship. He continued to play tennis throughout middle and high school, playing number one for both teams. He has competed in USTA and UTR tournaments, winning a local USTA tournament for his age group in 2019. As a high school player at Western Alamance, he has made All Conference and qualified for Regional competition.

As a senior, he was a team captain. Samuel helped lead his team to the Dual-Team state playoffs. In the spring of 2023, Samuel qualified for the doubles state championships with his brother, Luke. He also served as assistant coach to the Western Middle school team. Samuel worked at Burlington Tennis Center before coming to work for Olde Forest Racquet Club. Samuel attends UNC-Wilmington where he plays on the University’s Club Team
