Membership at Olde Forest is continuous and includes access to all facilities and activities including:
Pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, and Socials. Please contact the office for membership availability.
Single Membership
Must be over the age of 18, unmarried, and have no dependant children.
Nonrefundable Initiation Fee – $750 (first year only)
Annual Dues – $1,140
Total Fee (first year only) – $1,890
Senior Membership
Couples who are both at least 55 years old.
Nonrefundable Initiation Fee – $1,125 (first year only)
Annual Dues – $1,536
Total Fee (first year only) – $2,661
Family Membership
Anyone with dependant children or couples less than 55 years old with no children.
Nonrefundable Initiation Fee – $1,500 (first year only)
Annual Dues – $1,536
Total Fee (first year only) – $3,036
The initiation fee is payable with the application. You will have access to the club immediately and dues begin at that time.
